Cancellation Policy for True Smile Design's Institute Courses:

Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the scheduled course start date to be eligible for a refund. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of a $1000 deposit.

Administrative Fee for Changes: Any changes requested within 30 days of the course start date will incur a $100 administrative fee for each change made.

Institute's Right to Modify: True Smile Design's Institute reserves the right to refuse registration and, in unforeseen circumstances, to cancel or modify the course without prior notice. In such cases, registered participants will be notified promptly, and any fees paid will be refunded in full.

Customer Travel Costs: True Smile Design's Institute is not responsible for reimbursing prepaid (including non-refundable) customer travel costs. We recommend that participants who need to incur travel expenses for a training course make their travel arrangements with this consideration in mind.
