Complete-arch implant rehabilitation
From cadaver surgery to digital data delivery 2-day hands-on program Speakers : Joseph Leonetti, DMD Rami Salloum, DDS, DABOI Sponsor Nobel Biocare April 24–25, 2026
Course overview
This two-day, hands-on educational program is designed to train clinicians in a stepwise, clinically relevant complete-arch implant workflow, beginning with implant placement on human cadavers and progressing to restorative data acquisition and laboratory communication using implant-bearing models. This course emphasizes the critical transition between clinical execution and laboratory fabrication. Participants will learn how to collect, verify, and transfer accurate digital data so restorations can be efficiently designed and fabricated with minimal adjustments. The protocols taught reflect real-world clinical constraints and are intended to help clinicians deliver predictable same-day or next-day implant-supported complete-arch restorations using modern digital workflows.
Times Registration: 7:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. Presentation: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
Learning objectives
- Perform complete-arch implant placement on human cadavers using– Freehand surgical techniques– Exposure to fully guided surgical workflows through extensive didactic instruction
- Apply prosthetically driven planning concepts to guide implant positioning
- Understand how surgical decisions directly affect restorative data accuracy
- Accurately collect and verify restorative data using– Intraoral scanning strategies for complete-arch cases– Advanced scan body and photogrammetry-based solutions– Hybrid and tray-less impression techniques when indicated
- Prepare clean, complete, and predictable datasets for laboratory use
- Communicate effectively with the dental laboratory to support– Efficient prosthetic design– Accurate fabrication– Reduced remakes and chairside modifications
