At True Smile Design, we keep our hands-on courses limited to 15 attendees to provide personalized instruction. Each registration reserves a dedicated place, materials, and preparation time.
Cancellations
Please send cancellation requests to info@truesmiledesign.com, including your name and course date.
- At least 30 days before the course: Full tuition refund.
- Fewer than 30 days before the course: Tuition refunded less a cancellation fee of $400 for a one-day course or $800 for a two-day course.
- No-shows or cancellations after the course begins: No refund.
For two-day courses, deadlines are measured from the first day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Transfers & Substitutions
You may request a transfer to an available future course or substitute another eligible attendee, subject to availability and written confirmation. Changes requested within 30 days of the course carry a $100 administrative fee. Any tuition difference applies.
Course Changes or Cancellation
If True Smile Design cancels a course, you may choose a full tuition refund or transfer to another available course. If we reschedule a course and you cannot attend the new dates, the same options apply.
True Smile Design is not responsible for airfare, accommodation, or other travel expenses. Please confirm course dates before making non-refundable travel arrangements.
