The essence

Design that evolves — not a rigid blueprint.

True Smile Design challenges the conventional approach of finalizing esthetic plans before any clinical work begins. Upfront digital mockups may look impressive, but they often fail to reflect the realities that emerge once treatment starts.

Instead, the first provisional becomes a diagnostic tool — an esthetic prototype. Intraoral scans of that provisional and the prepared teeth create a second, more accurate prototype that is facially driven, functionally informed, and highly individualized.

The method

From plan to artistry, in three movements.

01

Visualize

A streamlined digital smile plan and a quick wax-up set direction — references to guide, not rules to obey.

02

Prototype

Provisional PMMA restorations mirror the final in size, shape, and color, then evolve with the patient’s feedback.

03

Realize

The refined prototype becomes the blueprint for the definitive restoration in ceramic or zirconia.
